DESCRIPTION
A tragicomic duo of sharp-eyed sheriffs keep an eye on Stara Zburievka in southern Ukraine. The nearest police station is too far to be of any use, so that the two men have been employed to deal with the problems vexing the local community. The tas of Victor and Volodia is to bring down the criminality rate. The film portrays the adventures of the protagonists, showing the comic aspect of everyday life.
