DESCRIPTION
Lampedusa is a tiny island situated between Africa and Europe. Every year, more than 150,000 African refugees seeking shelter from war and hunger land on its shores. Rosi observes life on the island but refrains from judging the immigrants or those who decide their fate. "Fire At Sea" allows us to see for ourselves who those people, who despite all the media buzz we know nothing about, really are.
