DESCRIPTION
“Thx God” is a record of a six-month travel to the farthest corners of the world, where the producers attempt to describe the world through six categories they consider to be fundamental: inside, development, identity, connection, ego and outside. They provide the tools for interpretation and the methods for grasping this extraordinary road movie called by its authors a “reality remix”. However, the producers considered the most important aspect of the project to be the encounter with the Other. The impressionism of “Thx God” combined with its video clip form affect the viewer not only at the intellectual, but also at the sensuous level.
DIRECTOR
Michał Kopaniszyn – Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, audiovisual artist using novel media and technologies in combination with traditional production technology. He has been involved in many life act projects, providing visualizations and music videos. ”Thx God” is a continuation of the project "Outside of God."Szymon Padoł – Graduate of the Krzysztof Kieślowski Radio and Television Faculty at the University of Silesia, music producer, author of video clips and remixes. He composed the music to the Leszek Dawid’s film “Jesteś Bogiem” [You are God].
