DESCRIPTION

Film in the 1981 version featuring fragments previously removed by the censorship. Blind chance or destiny? Krzysztof Kieślowski on the forces that govern human destiny. Whether 20-year-old Witek catches the train will affect the direction that his life will take. A universal message: conviction of internal autonomy of man and the imperative of being decent regardless of the circumstances, and at the same time a voice in the contemporary political debate and an objection to the simplistic, black-and-white divisions. One of the "shelf exiles" from the 80s and one of the most famous creation by Bogusław Linda.
